At Earth Heart Park & Community Garden we are empowering people to learn to grow organic food as we heal by building friendships, and by making a dream garden a reality.

We are a community garden that is dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture and community engagement. Our garden is open to all members of the community, and we welcome individuals of all skill levels.

Volunteer Thoughts

Community Volunteer: Elly & Trinty Lang

  My daughter and I started volunteering at the community garden in  September. My daughter was studying about seeds and planting so I  thought what better place to learn than with people who are master  gardeners. The first time we went the gardeners were going to pick out  some plants at a local nursery and they invited us to come. We got to  pick out plants for one of the garden beds at the garden. We had lots of  fun that first day. The gardeners have always made us feel welcomed and  loved. I always ask questions they are so patient in answering them and  taking time to help me and my daughter learn. Since then we now have a  vegetable/fruit garden and a pollinator garden at our house. We are so  thankful to Earth Heart Park community garden they have taught us how to  garden at home.
